offenders);
d) the provision of Government services and/or other services aimed at reducing the
level and incidence of uninsured driving.
If you are involved in a road traffic accident (either in the UK, the EEA or certain other
territories) we and/or the MIB may search the MID to obtain relevant information.
Persons (including his or her appointed representatives) pursuing a claim in respect of a
road traffic accident (including citizens of other countries) may also obtain relevant
information which is held on the MID.

19.15. Other insurance
If at the time of any claim arising under this policy there is any other insurance policy
covering the same loss, damage or liability, we will only pay our share of the claim.
19.16. Payments made under compulsory insurance regulations and rights of
recovery
If the law of any country in which this policy operates requires us to settle a claim which, if
this law had not existed we would not be obliged to pay, we reserve the right to recover
such payments from you or from the person who incurred the liability.
