HP Eyelet Nozzle Assembly
The No. 38625 — HP Eyelet is the first assembly of its kind
that can be easily installed and removed by hand. The
assembly’s hinged body only requires one screw for hand
tightening to the spray header. The screw may be installed
from either side of the assembly for easy access. It also
remains attached to the assembly when loosened to eliminate
the chance of loss or misplacement.
The assembly features a square body for excellent stability.
This helps prevent rotation when the retaining cap is removed
or tightened. It operates at a maximum pressure of 125 psi
(8.6 bar) and a maximum temperature of 180°F (82°C) —
making it a good choice for metal pretreatment, food
processing, electronics, chemical, and car/truck washing
applications.
Built to resist chemical attack
The hinged body is molded of ProMax ® material, with a
polyphthalamide cap, that combines strength and durability
with chemical resistance. Plus, the smooth internal surfaces
of the assembly resist scale and chemical build-up. The seal
and O-ring are made of EPDM. A VITON ® seal and O-ring
are optional.
Easily retrofitted to existing piping systems
Available for 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" pipe sizes, the HP Eyelet is
designed to fit a 9/16" (14.5 mm) diameter predrilled pipe
opening. The assembly can also be easily retrofitted to an
existing system. Optional retrofit seals fit existing hole
diameters of 21/32" (17 mm) or 27/32" (21 mm). For added
convenience, the screw also accepts standard slotted head
screwdrivers, #2 and
#3 Phillips head
screwdrivers, or 5/32"
Allen wrenches.
Choose from a
variety of
ball/tip options
The HP Eyelet accepts four different ball/tip options.
Included are color-coded ball-type spray tips; a ProMax
QuickJet ® ball for use with ProMax VeeJet ® , FullJet ® , and
WhirlJet ® spray tips; a threaded ball for use with threaded
spray nozzles; and a blank tip which blocks the liquid flow
in a selected spray zone.
