Located east of Coffs Harbour CBD, the Jetty precinct is an urban and tourist centre
on the coast. High Street and Orlando Streets provide access to the centre and are
the focus of activity in the precinct. The Jetty precinct is surrounded by residential
areas and currently zoned 3B Town Centre Zone, 3E Tourist Service Centre Zone and
3G Mixed Use Zone. Lot sizes in the Jetty precinct vary. Smaller lot sizes average
500m 2 while large lot sizes average 3,000m 2 . Coffs Harbour Railway Station is
located just outside the borders of the precinct; however it is not a significant
feature of the centre because it is only served by Country Link trains.
