What is a keynote In this kind of event a keynote or plenary talk is the moment where<br />

everything is halted. Even though during the day there are talks in different rooms, when<br />

keynotes happen everybody is met in the same room, for example in an auditorium to<br />

listen to a well-known speaker. In general, the speaker is some international guest of<br />

relevance in the topic being treated.<br />

At PyConAr 2010 the keynotes speakers were Leah Culver about the <strong>Python</strong>’s Zen<br />

applied to business ventures and Christiano Anderson about MongoDB.<br />

Anderson is member of <strong>Python</strong> Brasil and developer of Free Software at Trianguli. He<br />

has been consultant for ten years, specialized in web technologies especially <strong>Python</strong> and<br />
