There is one law in the United States that affects nearly every individual who works for an employer - the Occupational Safety and<br />
Health Act (<strong>OSHA</strong>) of 1970. This law established for the first time a national policy for safety and health. Until that time, no uniform,<br />
comprehensive provisions existed on a national basis to protect employees from workplace safety and health hazards.<br />
This authorized <strong>OSHA</strong> <strong>30</strong> hour <strong>Construction</strong> course is a comprehensive look at <strong>OSHA</strong> standards for construction and is necessary<br />
for a safe and healthy work environment. It is intended for <strong>Construction</strong> Workers, <strong>Construction</strong> Foremen, Supervisors and anyone<br />
needing a valid <strong>30</strong> hour <strong>OSHA</strong> card.<br />
