These rates include breakfast each morning and complimentary access to the Spa, which
includes work-out facilities, fitness classes, daily hikes and European bathing ritual. These
rates are subject to all current state and local taxes (currently 11%).
Please mention that you are attending the UCSF Radiology conference to receive the special
rates. Reservation deadline is Friday, September 12, 2008; please book early as the hotel is
likely to fill-up weeks in advance this time of year. Room requests made after the deadline
will be honored at the conference room-rates on a space-available basis. A credit card is
required for confirmation, and a one-night’s stay will be charged (and applicable taxes).
Reservation cancellation deadline is 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund of
the one-night’s deposit. Each additional adult (3 or more) is $30 per night.
Course attendees can extend their trip with a stay at the Fairmont San Francisco the
weekends both before and after the course. Rates are $299 for Fairmont room and
