At the conclusion of this course, attendees should be able to: 1. Triage patients to targeted vs. non-targeted obstetrics sonograms; 2. Understand expectations and quality control in Nuchal Tranclucency screening programs; 3. More accurately interpret solid and cystic masses in the breast using ultrasound; 4. More confidently screen and interpret ovarian masses; 5. Understand the implications of findings on a pediatric urologic sonogram to the pediatric urologist; 6. Better interpret a pelvic sonogram after an abnormality is seen on a CT scan; 7. Appreciate the important findings on the abdominal sonogram in a patient who has undergone a liver transplant, including the use of doppler imaging; 8. Gain more awareness of how to find a groin hernia using sonography. Registration Pre-registration is encouraged to ensure your space in this course. (Registration fee includes Friday and Saturday lunches).
