The Erasmus students
International Student Admissions
Collegium Civitas warmly welcomes
applications from international students.
The admissions process consists
of a review of an applicant’s academic
background and command of English.
The Admissions package has to contain
the following:
! A completed Application Form
! A confidential letter of recommendation
in a sealed envelope
! Curriculum Vitae
! A copy of the High School Diploma along
with a copy of the high-school transcript
and the grading scale
! A copy of a BA or MA Diploma
with a copy of the transcript (candidates
applying for MA Programs only)
! A copy of your passport or official
Polish ID
! A copy of a certificate of good health
from your physician
! Four passport photographs (Applicant’s
name on the back of each photograph)
! Receipt of payment of the Application

! Proof of English proficiency. Candidates
should opt for one of three alternatives:
· forwarding to Collegium Civitas
scores gained in one of the following
tests: TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CAE, CPE,
International Baccalaureate;
· sending a 600-word essay on
one of the topics listed at
www.civitas.edu.pl/english
→Admissions→Essay Topics;
· attending an individual interview
at Collegium Civitas, in Warsaw.

Each term Collegium Civitas welcomes visiting
international students for a semester.
The One Semester Abroad Program
at Collegium Civitas provides a valuable
learning and life experience. Students
may come either individually or as participants
of a larger group from a particular college
or university. PhD students may wish to spend
a semester at Collegium Civitas in order
to conduct research or attend courses
of interest.
Students participating in the Program
will be registered as non-degree students
and will be entitled to enrol on any course
from the curriculum, including language
courses.
However, they will not receive Collegium
Civitas’ student ID and student book. At the
end of their stay they will obtain an official Collegium
Civitas’ transcript.
One Semester Abroad
Program for International
Students
While reasonable efforts are made
to ensure that One Semester Abroad Program
students choose courses relevant to
their academic goals, ultimate responsibility
for such choices rests with the student
alone.
The One Semester Abroad Students’
financial responsibilities towards Collegium
Civitas consist in simply paying a regular
Tuition Fee per semester (4400 PLN)
– there is no application fee.
