<strong>The</strong> Erasmus students<br />

<strong>International</strong> Student Admissions<br />

<strong>Collegium</strong> <strong>Civitas</strong> warmly welcomes<br />

applications from <strong>in</strong>ternational students.<br />

<strong>The</strong> admissions process consists<br />

of a review of an applicant’s academic<br />

background and command of English.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Admissions package has to conta<strong>in</strong><br />

the follow<strong>in</strong>g:<br />

! A completed Application Form<br />

! A confidential letter of recommendation<br />

<strong>in</strong> a sealed envelope<br />

! Curriculum Vitae<br />

! A copy of the High School Diploma along<br />

with a copy of the high-school transcript<br />

and the grad<strong>in</strong>g scale<br />

! A copy of a BA or MA Diploma<br />

with a copy of the transcript (candidates<br />

apply<strong>in</strong>g for MA <strong>Program</strong>s only)<br />

! A copy of your passport or official<br />

<strong>Polish</strong> ID<br />

! A copy of a certificate of good health<br />

from your physician<br />

! Four passport photographs (Applicant’s<br />

name on the back of each photograph)<br />

Each term <strong>Collegium</strong> <strong>Civitas</strong> welcomes visit<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>in</strong>ternational students for a semester.<br />

<strong>The</strong> One Semester Abroad <strong>Program</strong><br />

at <strong>Collegium</strong> <strong>Civitas</strong> provides a valuable<br />

learn<strong>in</strong>g and life experience. Students<br />

may come either <strong>in</strong>dividually or as participants<br />

of a larger group from a particular college<br />

or university. PhD students may wish to spend<br />

a semester at <strong>Collegium</strong> <strong>Civitas</strong> <strong>in</strong> order<br />

to conduct research or attend courses<br />

of <strong>in</strong>terest.<br />

Students participat<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the <strong>Program</strong><br />

will be registered as non-degree students<br />

and will be entitled to enrol on any course<br />

from the curriculum, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g language<br />

courses.<br />

However, they will not receive <strong>Collegium</strong><br />

<strong>Civitas</strong>’ student ID and student book. At the<br />

end of their stay they will obta<strong>in</strong> an official <strong>Collegium</strong><br />

<strong>Civitas</strong>’ transcript.<br />

One Semester Abroad<br />

<strong>Program</strong> for <strong>International</strong><br />

Students<br />

While reasonable efforts are made<br />

to ensure that One Semester Abroad <strong>Program</strong><br />

students choose courses relevant to<br />

their academic goals, ultimate responsibility<br />

for such choices rests with the student<br />

alone.<br />

<strong>The</strong> One Semester Abroad Students’<br />

f<strong>in</strong>ancial responsibilities towards <strong>Collegium</strong><br />

<strong>Civitas</strong> consist <strong>in</strong> simply pay<strong>in</strong>g a regular<br />

Tuition Fee per semester (4400 PLN)<br />

– there is no application fee.<br />
