Registration Form (Organization and Course Accreditation Briefing)
The organization and course accreditation briefing is conducted for Training Providers or companies who are
interested to be our WSQ Approved Training Organisations and deliver WSQ Courses in any sector. Questions
specific to certain sectors will not be answered during the briefing but will be directed to the relevant officers. To
register for the briefing, please fill up this registration form. Registration is on a first come first served basis. A
confirmation email will be sent to you at least 3 working days before the briefing.

Please note that ALL sections have to be filled and answered. Registration will not be accepted if there is omission.
