Please note that the refund of transport fares will be based on a half term basis, ie children who terminate
transport service before the middle of the school term will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 1/2 the term's
transport fare, while those who terminate after the middle of the school term will NOT be refunded.
Please acknowledge the Terms and Conditions / Bus Rules overleaf, any incomplete form will consider as void.
Please submit the duly completed form. Sign & pass to our bus driver by 14 June 2013
Seats are on first come first serves basis and ComfortDelGro Bus reserves the right to reject any late registration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / BUS RULES
1. Only students from HSL can be carried by prior arrangement. Students are also allow to have 1 “friend” from another bus to travel with
him/her home on Monday to Thursday or otherwise indicated by the school. All arrangements are subject to seat availability.
2. Each bus will be accompanied with a bus attendant.
3. Students must be seated with belt on at all times whilst the bus is moving and no hands or other parts of the body should be out of the
window.
4. Shouting, fighting, vulgar language, drinking, eating, and smoking are not permitted.
5. Dangerous and sharp object such as pocket knives cannot be carried on the bus. Pencils, pens, toys, etc. should be kept in the school bags.
Parents are liable for any damage done by their child/children on the bus.
6. The attendants will assign seats and no seats will be saved for friends travelling on that bus. Parents are not allow to change seat for their
child/children.
7. Children must obey the driver and attendant at all times. RUDENESS TO DRIVERS AND ATTENDANTS WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED. The driver will report all matters of misbehavior to the Principal and ComfortDelGro Bus, who will take action accordingly.
A second complaint may lead to suspension of bus riding privileges.
8. Buses will carry: (a) first-aid kits; (b) School telephone number; (c) A list of all children addresses and telephone numbers; and (d)
Contractor’s telephone.
9. Parents should deal only with ComfortDelGro Bus (0900hrs to 1700hrs Monday to Friday Tel: 6553 3838) and NOT directly with driver or
attendant.
10. Students will only be alighted at the doorsteps of their House/Condo/Apartments if the condition of the road permitted.
11. Students living on roads with dead-end or narrow lanes must walk to the pick-up areas designated by ComfortDelGro Bus.
12. If your child is not using the bus at any time for whatever reasons, the bus drivers should be notified 10 minutes before the pick up time.
13. Students must wait for the bus 5 minutes before the stipulated time at the specific pick up point.
14. Parent or guardian must wait for the bus 5 minutes before the stipulated time at the specific drop off point.
15. If the driver are kept waiting for certain children for maximum 2 minutes of the stipulated time, a report will be made to ComfortDelGro
Bus. If the situation continues, parents will have to make other alternative transport arrangements.
16. If buses fail to turn up within 10 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, other than heavy rain or flooding, parents may claim a full One
Way Taxi fare from ComfortDelGro Bus as compensation for loss of use of the bus.
17. Students who wish to use one-way service will be accommodated only if there is a seat available. Priority will be given to children using the
bus on both ways.
18. Parents are requested to ensure someone meets the bus on arriving home from school or Hollandse Club lobby for student taking the club
bus. Children not met will be taken back to the school to await collection.
19. Termination of Transport service requires at least two-weeks written notice in advance to ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd via fax .
20. Changes of pick-up areas and shifting of accommodation during the middle of the month may result in no-bus service, unless provided there
is seat available on the other bus traveling that area. Arrangement of bus service for children shifting of accommodation will only be made
with at least two-weeks written notice in advance to ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd via fax or e-mail.
21. Parents are discouraged from riding on the bus and are NOT ALLOW on the bus.
22. ComfortDelGro Bus reserves the rights to change its buses, pickup time and place, drop off time and place, routing and drivers when deem
fit.
