Upon being put to the vote, the proposal for approval was declared
carried.

RESOLVED
That the application be approved subject to the following conditions:-
1) The development must be begun not later than the expiration of
three years beginning with the date of this permission.
2) The solar panels hereby permitted must be taken down and
removed from the site no later than 28 days following any date on
which it is no longer used or capable of being used for the purpose
for which they are designed.
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted before the commencement of
the development hereby permitted details of a screen planting
scheme of trees, hedges and/or shrubs on the northeast boundary
of the site including details of positions, heights on planting and
species shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. The details so approved shall be carried out in
their entirety before any development is commenced. All trees,
hedges and/shrubs shall be maintained by the owner or owners of
the land on which they are situated for the period of ten years
beginning with the date of completion of the scheme and during
that period all losses shall be made good as and when necessary,
unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any
variation.
4) The solar arrays hereby permitted shall be connected to the
national grid by underground cables only.
