Seniors
Seniors: See Ms. LaFortune in the Career Center to sign up for Early Bird CE's on November 1 st .
Make the end of your senior year a little less stressful by getting this done early. If you are in an AP
class it is highly recommended that you do your CE early.
Seniors - Come by the Career Center and sign up for a coffee talk. You will learn more about after
high school options including colleges and tech schools, what colleges are visiting and when, how to
pay for college, what the FAFSA is and to get your questions answered!
SENIOR PICTURES are due October 11 to Room 431. SENIOR PHOTO dimensions have been
finalized - 1.6 x 2.1 inches. We are happy to crop your photo for you. Don't forget the due date -
October 11. You can bring a disk or flash drive in or email emily_chilson@lkstevens.wednet.edu
Senior parents in the cafeteria all three lunches every Wednesday and Thursday for you to purchase
your Senior Party Tickets and 2014 mementos.

Homecoming tickets sold on Friday in room 305 after school in addition to all three lunches.
Homecoming week starts Monday, October 7 th . Are you ready Get your spirit on and participate with
dress-up days, homecoming activities, the big game, and the dance! Homecoming, “A Night Out At
Sea”, is October 12th at Comcast Arena in Everett. Tickets go on sale October 7 th : $25.00 w/ ASB
or $30.00 w/o ASB. You can buy tickets at the door, but they are $30.00 w/ ASB and $35.00 w/o
ASB. Dance is at Comcast Arena on October 12 th : 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (doors will be open @ 7:30
PM). Dress is SEMI-FORMAL! Tickets are on sale starting October 7 th during all three lunches.
Please check in the main office if you HAVE NOT picked up your parking pass for this year.
There will be open cage for baseball on Mondays from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM starting September 30 th .
The PSAT test will be offered at Lake Stevens High School on October 16th at 7:35 am. Sign up by
paying the business office $14.00 starting on September 30th. After payment is made, students may
pick up their study guide in the counseling center. Space is limited to the first 250 students to sign
up. If you have questions, see your counselor.

Students - Did you miss out on the 2012-13 Beyond the Frame Yearbook but would still like one
They are being sold NOW in the business office for only $25! Bring cash only, please.
Students from Lake Stevens High School are having a wonderful art show at the Lake Stevens
Everett Clinic. The talented artists on display until October 17 th are: Kianna Hartley, Destiny Roberts,
Courtney Hendry, Ryan Dupape, Nicole Stainer, Summer Enockson and Megan Williams.
The Library is now OPEN: MONDAY-THURSDAY before school at 7:05 a.m., all three lunches, and
after school until 2:45 p.m. and FRIDAY before school and all three lunches.
REMINDER – No going to cars during school time without permission.
