NEBRASKA<br />
95. SP-Woodman Tower, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. Joel Jorgensen, Nebraska Game<br />
and Parks Commission, reported that one male and three female young were banded at this<br />
site in 2007. No information was available about the adults.<br />
96. SP-State Capitol Building, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska. Joel Jorgensen reported<br />
that three female and one male young were banded at this site in 2007. No information about<br />
the adults was available.<br />
IOWA<br />
Pat Schlarbaum, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, provided information on peregrine<br />
falcon nesting activity in Iowa.<br />
97. SP-Firstar Bank (US Bank), Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa. Therese Chapel at US Bank<br />
reported that nine-year-old female *S/*5, nesting here for the eighth year, and four-year-old male<br />
78/E, here nesting for year three, produced five young, all males. One was banded with a female<br />
band owing to a very thick leg.<br />
98. SP-MEC Louisa, Louisa County, Iowa. Jim Haack, MidAmerica Energy, reported that<br />
female 06/A (St. Louis, MO ’05) and an unidentified male produced three female and one male<br />
chick. This is the sixth year of successful nesting at this site.<br />
99. SP-Alliant Energy Plant, Chillicothe, Wapello County, Iowa (aka Ottumwa). Judi Johnson<br />
reports that eight-year-old female Z/V (NSP Riverside, MPL. MN ’99) and an unidentified male<br />
fledged two young.<br />
100. SP-Mississippi bridge, Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa. An unidentified pair, here for<br />
at least the fourth year, fledged at least one young.<br />
101. SP-Waukon Junction Cliff, Waukon Junction, Allamakee County, Iowa. In 2006, the young<br />
and adults disappeared from this cliff shortly after the young hatched. A new pair was present in<br />
2007. The female was b/g 66/A, a 2005 fledge from St. Louis, Missouri, paired with an<br />
unbanded male. Two young, a male and a female were produced, and were banded by Bob<br />
Anderson.<br />
