1930’s<br />
Mildred Theresa Wagner Cotter, Class<br />
of 1935, Clintonville, Ohio.<br />
Irene Craun Semer, Class of 1939,<br />
passed away in August.<br />
1940’s<br />
Juanita R. Stein, Class of 1943, <strong>Tiffin</strong>,<br />
Ohio, passed away in August. Along with<br />
her husband, she owned and operated<br />
<strong>Tiffin</strong> Glass and Mirror for more than 20<br />
years. She was a realtor for Walton Realty,<br />
a member of <strong>Tiffin</strong> Eagles Auxiliary<br />
Aerie 402 and Lady Knights and Friends.<br />
Maxine M. Benfer, Class of 1943, Republic,<br />
Ohio, passed away in September.<br />
She was employed by the <strong>Tiffin</strong> Glasshouse<br />
until it closed and helped her husband<br />
on the family farm until they retired<br />
in 1992.<br />
Earl J. Shultz, Class of 1940, <strong>Tiffin</strong>, Ohio,<br />
passed away in October.<br />
Erben Kistler, Class of 1942, Akron,<br />
Ohio, passed away in 2006. Erben was<br />
retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber<br />
Company after 40 years of service.<br />
Stanley Tinkovicz, Class of 1948, Fremont,<br />
Ohio, passed away in <strong>2007</strong>. He<br />
served in the US Navy during WWII were<br />
he received the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic<br />
Pacific Medal, WWII Victory Medal<br />
and American Area Medal. He worked<br />
for National Farm Machine in Bellevue for<br />
five years prior to working for the Whirlpool<br />
Corporation for twenty-seven years<br />
in various management positions until<br />
he retired in 1979. He was a Sandusky<br />
County Commissioner from 1981 to 1985.<br />
He and his wife, Luella, owned a farm.<br />
1960’s<br />
Steven Ricker,<br />
Class of<br />
1967, <strong>Tiffin</strong>,<br />
Ohio,<br />
passed away<br />
in 2006. A<br />
member of<br />
Phi Theta<br />
Pi fraternity,<br />
Steven<br />
served in the Army during the Vietnam<br />
War as a Sergeant in Army Intelligence.<br />
He received his bachelor’s degree from<br />
the <strong>University</strong> of Findlay and a master’s<br />
degree from Bowling Green State <strong>University</strong>.<br />
He taught his whole career at Willard<br />
High School as Head of the Business<br />
Department.<br />
1990’s<br />
Trina Marie Emshoff, Class of 1993,<br />
formerly of <strong>Tiffin</strong>, passed away in July in<br />
Fort Myers, Florida. She was a mortgage<br />
broker at Florida Mortgage Trust and a<br />
member of the Villas Elementary School<br />
PTA in Fort Myers.<br />
2000’s<br />
Michael Yurmanovich, Class of 2003,<br />
Avon Lake, Ohio, passed away in 2006.<br />
A life-long Avon Lake resident, he worked<br />
as the Quality Manager for Parker Hannifin<br />
Hydraulic Valve Corporation in Elyria.<br />
