<strong>Tranman</strong> manages the complete vehicle life cycle. From the procurement<br />

through to disposal. <strong>Tranman</strong> is <strong>in</strong>tegrated with quotation and full vehicle<br />

cost systems. <strong>Tranman</strong>'s unique customised dashboards display all<br />

important vehicle <strong>in</strong>formation at a glance, so you can <strong>in</strong>stantly see the status<br />

of the <strong>fleet</strong> and drill down to <strong>in</strong>dividual vehicle level for more detailed<br />

enquiries. Critical date rem<strong>in</strong>ders, such as road fund licence renewal, are<br />

automatically generated ensur<strong>in</strong>g each vehicle is fit for purpose, help<strong>in</strong>g you<br />

meet your duty of care obligations.<br />

Driver, Grey Fleet, Accident & Risk Management<br />

An <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>gly essential part of <strong>fleet</strong> management and part of your<br />

organisation's Duty of Care responsibilities. Information recorded can be<br />

used to identify which drivers and departments are most "at risk" and<br />

<strong>in</strong>curr<strong>in</strong>g greatest cost. <strong>Tranman</strong>'s grey <strong>fleet</strong> management module manages<br />

Work Authorisation, Workshop & Stores Management<br />

Full work process<strong>in</strong>g and charg<strong>in</strong>g system, capable of controll<strong>in</strong>g multiple<br />

workshops and external contractors. Comprehensive ma<strong>in</strong>tenance history<br />

and costs are recorded for each asset. Suppliers are monitored via the work<br />

authorisation screens, with reference to historical ma<strong>in</strong>tenance records.<br />

Compatible with <strong>in</strong>dustry standard cod<strong>in</strong>g, <strong>Tranman</strong> also has a touchscreen<br />

solution which allows technicians to enter data direct from the shop floor<br />

reduc<strong>in</strong>g back office adm<strong>in</strong>istration. <strong>Tranman</strong>'s fully <strong>in</strong>tegrated stores control<br />

system is specifically designed to m<strong>in</strong>imise vehicle downtime due to<br />

unavailability of essential spare parts, while optimis<strong>in</strong>g stock hold<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

Further benefits of reduced data entry and improved visibility of stock levels<br />

can be achieved through <strong>in</strong>tegration with bar code readers and mobile<br />

technology.<br />

Ma<strong>in</strong>tenance Schedul<strong>in</strong>g<br />

Uses a complex rules eng<strong>in</strong>e to ensure rout<strong>in</strong>e servic<strong>in</strong>g and <strong>in</strong>spections<br />

are completed on time and with maximum workshop <strong>efficiency</strong>. Service<br />

patterns are allocated at vehicle type, role/use and even <strong>in</strong>dividual vehicle<br />

level. Restrictions can be added to ensure that the workshop is never<br />

overloaded.<br />

Ed<strong>in</strong>burgh City Council<br />

S<strong>in</strong>ce 1999, Ed<strong>in</strong>burgh City Council has relied on<br />
