This top-up programme targets holders <strong>of</strong> a Diploma in Education<br />
and provides <strong>the</strong>m with an accelerated route to earning<br />
an innovative educational technology degree. It prepares<br />

backgrounds. Participants learn how to design effective<br />
curriculum using existing learning <strong>the</strong>ories and contemporary<br />
instructional design models. They will collaboratively engage<br />
in planning and designing both in-person and online courses<br />

The principal objective <strong>of</strong> this Postgraduate Programme is<br />
to train pr<strong>of</strong>essionnals, who after a minimum <strong>of</strong> two years<br />
<strong>of</strong> studies and academic research, will be able to master <strong>the</strong><br />
engineering <strong>of</strong> e-learning content development, communication<br />
and pedagogical multimedia to benefit companies<br />
and public administrations. This means <strong>the</strong> study <strong>of</strong><br />
Internet and multimedia technology, graphic design, pedagogical<br />
engineering methods and communication strategies<br />
as well as <strong>the</strong> market <strong>of</strong> services and <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> specific<br />
e-learning applications, platforms and tools.<br />
The intention is to create special links with businesses,<br />
making it possible to <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>the</strong>m specific support for<br />
retraining <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir staff while developing promising niches<br />
<strong>of</strong> activity. Moreover, <strong>the</strong> "practical" approach chosen as a<br />
teaching model, is intended to fill <strong>the</strong> skills deficit, as<br />
expressed by pr<strong>of</strong>essionals.<br />
