CREDITS<br />
Continuing education credits for Dentists and Certified Dental Assistants are<br />
automatically forwarded to the College <strong>of</strong> Dental Surgeons <strong>of</strong> B.C.; and for<br />
Dental Technicians to the College <strong>of</strong> Dental Technicians <strong>of</strong> B.C. Registered Dental<br />
Hygienists are required to maintain their own records for submission; however,<br />
we include letters <strong>of</strong> attendance in the registration packages that are picked<br />
up at the registration desk on the day <strong>of</strong> each course. Upon request, we can<br />
provide records <strong>of</strong> attendance at <strong>UBC</strong> sponsored courses.<br />
BREAKS<br />
For full day courses, beverages and light snacks are available upon arrival, and<br />
morning refreshment breaks and lunches are included. Refreshments and a light<br />
snack are provided for evening lectures.<br />
FREQUENT ATTENDEES<br />
Any individual who registers for two courses within the same academic year, can<br />
attend a third course at a $50 reduction (non transferable).<br />
PARKING<br />
Parking at <strong>UBC</strong> is available in the Health Sciences Visitors Parkade: weekend<br />
and evening (after 5pm) flat rate $5.00; or in B Lot: everyday flat rate $5.00<br />
(Mastercard and Visa accepted). Parkade parking during weekdays is available<br />
at $1.50 per half hour up to a maximum <strong>of</strong> $12.00 per day. Parking at the H.R.<br />
MacMillan Space Centre is currently available at no charge.<br />
REFUND POLICY<br />
For unlimited enrolment courses, registrants withdrawing prior to a course date<br />
will be refunded less a $25 administration charge. Fees will only be refunded in<br />
exceptional cases after the course date and a written refund request must be<br />
made. Refund policies for limited enrolment courses vary for each course.<br />
