In 1986 - 1987 a botanical survey was <strong>co</strong>nducted in the East Usambaras (Ruffo et al.<br />
1989). A <strong>co</strong>mparison is made below between the species re<strong>co</strong>rded during the current<br />
survey of <strong>Kwamgumi</strong> and their East Usambaran range as listed by Ruffo et al (1989). Only<br />
those species listed by Ruffo et al. (1989) are included in this <strong>co</strong>mparison.<br />
