must be paid promptly at the end of the month in which the
resignation is applicable. In the event a resigning member fails
to pay any debt promptly the member will be charged a service
fee on the debt and shall reduce the amount of any equity or
deposit the resigning member holds including the service fee
until the debt is satisfied. Any costs incurred by the Club to
collect any debt shall be due and payable by the member.
ARTICLE VI
Section 1: Annual Meeting
The Board shall fix the place and time for the annual meeting of
the members. The Club shall mail notice of the meeting to all
members and the ballot for the election of Board members to
voting members at least 20 days prior to the meeting.
Section 2: Special Meeting
The Board or 50 voting members in writing may direct the
Secretary to call a special membership meeting at a specific time
and place and for a specific purpose. The Club shall mail notice of
the meeting to all members at least 20 days prior to the meeting.
Section 3: Voting
A voting member may vote to elect a Board member only by
written ballot. On any other matter the voting member may
vote by written ballot, in person, or by proxy. A voting member
may cast a written ballot by mailing it at least 5 days prior to the
meeting, by delivering it prior to the meeting to the Club office,
or at the meeting.
