BY-LAWS<br />
Preamble: These <strong>By</strong>-<strong>Laws</strong> are created to prescribe the general<br />
principles that are required for the conduct of business for the<br />
Club but, are not meant to be an all inclusive description of<br />
details covering every condition that may occur. Therefore the<br />
Club has created a document of <strong>Rules</strong> and <strong>Regulations</strong> and a<br />
Policy Book covering items that arise from time to time and<br />
require expanded explanation. These <strong>Rules</strong> and <strong>Regulations</strong> and<br />
Policies are available to members upon request. The Policies are<br />
contained in a Policy Book in the office of the Club. These<br />
<strong>By</strong>-<strong>Laws</strong> are created by the Board of Directors and approved by<br />
the membership and shall only be revised by a vote of the<br />
membership.<br />
ARTICLE I<br />
Section l: Name<br />
Mission Valley Golf and Country Club, Inc. (the Club) is a Florida<br />
not for profit corporation operating under paragraph 501 C 7 of<br />
the tax codes.<br />
Section 2: Purpose<br />
The Club’s purpose is to operate a golf course, tennis courts,<br />
clubhouse, and related facilities for the benefit and enjoyment of<br />
its members.<br />
Section 3: Principal Business<br />
The Club’s principal place of business is at Mission Valley, 1851<br />
Mission Valley Boulevard, Nokomis, Sarasota County, Florida<br />
34275.<br />

The governance of the Club is vested in a Board of Directors
