2. POSTPONED CALLING ATTENTION
SHRI VIJAI SARDESAI, MLA to call the attention of the Minister for Home
to the following:
"Fear and anxiety in the minds of the people of Goa due to the inaction of the Police in
nabbing the rapist involved in the sensational rape case of7 year old student at Vasco.
Steps the government intends to take in the matter."
3. CALLING ATTENTION
SHRI MAUVIN GODINHO, MLA to call the attention of the Minister for Public Works
Department to the following:
"Grave anxiety in the minds of the people who are facing great hardships in
regard to supply of water to the residents ofChicalim, Bogmalo, Vaddem,
New Vaddem and surrounding area whereby the people residing in these
areas are not getting water even for one hour regularly whereby other areas
covered under Salaulim Dam are getting umpteen supply of water thereby
denying the basic necessities of livelihood in water to the areas as stated
above. Steps Government intends to take to ensure regular supply of water
to the local people residing in the above mentioned areas."

DISCUSSION on the following motion prorosed by Dr.Pramod Sawant, MLA and
seconded by Shri Ganesh Gaonkar, MLA on 28 t January, 2013;
"That the Members of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Goa assembled in the Third
Session are deeply grateful to the Governor for the Address which he has been pleased to
deliver to the House on the 28 th January, 2013."

APPROPRIATION BILL, 2013 (RELATING TO THE SUPPLEMENTARY
DEMANDS FOR GRANTS FOR THE YEAR 2012- 2013(SECOND BATCH).
SHRI MANOHAR PARRIKAR, Chief Minister to move for leave to introduce the Goa
Appropriation Bill, 2013.
ALSO to introduce the Bill.
SHRI MANOHAR PARRIKAR, Chief Minister to move that the Goa Appropriation
Bill, 2013 be taken into consideration.
ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.
7. GOVERNMENT BILL - CONSIDERATION AND PASSING
