2. ZERO HOUR MENTION:
1) SHRI NARESH SAWAL, MLA made a mention about "the Goa
Engineering College and other private Engineering Colleges in Goa
will give admissions as per NIT exam or separate CET exam will be
conducted for Goa and will the Goa Medical College give
admissions according to NET or separate tests will be conducted in
Goa."
SHRI MANOHAR PARRIKAR, Chief Minister replied to the
Mention.
2) SHRI VIJAI SARDESAI, MLA made a mention about "the
urgent need to rehabilitate fish vendors of Goan origin selling fish
in the vicinity of old fish market at Margao before being displaced
by the Margao Municipal Council."
SHRI MANOHAR PARRIKAR, Chief Minister replied to the
Mention.
2) SHRI ALEIXO REGINALDO LOURENCO, MLA made a
mention about
i) "Curtorim being a place for fields and lakes these lakes attract
migrating birds. The Raloitollem lake required urgent attention by
planting new trees which may be maintained by the Forest
Department."

ii) " Electricity Department Offices at Raia and Curto rim does not
have a vehicle for the last 1 month and no proper staff . There are
also frequent power fluctuation on account of which the people are
facing hardship."
iii) " The members of the Goa Hockey team which went to Delhi
were treated very badly at Goa Sadan and were harassed by the
Goa Niwas incharge, the vehicles at the Goa Niwas are used by
outsiders."
3) SHRI VIJAY SARDESAI, MLA made a mention about "urgent
need for confirming allotment of two vacant rooms at TB
Sanitorium, Monte Hill, Margao, for De-addiction and
Rehabilitation centre of Ved Vignan Mahavidya Peeth of the Art of
Living/Vyakti Vikas Kendra. The centre was inaugurated by Sri Sri
Ravi Shanker on 22 nd September, 2011 after provisional permission
from Joint Director of Health, Government of Goa."
