Note<br />
All students will need to present to Thomas Embling Hospital (100 Yarra Bend<br />
Rd, Fairfield) at 8.30am on the first Monday <strong>of</strong> their placement for orientation.<br />
All students must present a current police check on the first day and 100 points<br />
<strong>of</strong> identification to obtain entry into the facility. Students will organise their<br />
rosters on the first day <strong>of</strong> placement with their preceptor. Students are<br />
encouraged to wear uniform whilst on placement. No visible piercings (ear<br />
piercing acceptable), no extreme hair colour.<br />
Students Attending Acute Assessment Unit (Melbourne Assessment Prison<br />
(MAP), corner Spencer and Latrobe Sts, Melbourne) will need to make their<br />
own way from Thomas Embling Hospital to MAP around midday on orientation<br />
day.<br />
Students Attending Marrmak (Dame Phyllis Frost Centre (DPFC), Riding<br />
Boundary Rd, Deer Park) will need to make their own way from Thomas<br />
Embling Hospital to DPFC around midday on orientation day.<br />
Students Attending Community Forensic Mental <strong>Health</strong> (Cfmhs) (505 Hoddle<br />
Street, Clifton Hill) will need to make their own way from Thomas Embling<br />
Hospital to CFMHS around midday on orientation day.<br />
