arrangements. Once you have been rostered to an area, visit the website<br />

POLICE CHECKS No less than FOUR weeks prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong> placement, a<br />
COPY <strong>of</strong> your Police Check and Working with Children Check must be<br />
sent to Ms Lyn Browne, Barwon <strong>Health</strong>, PO Box 281, GEELONG 3220. Any<br />
disclosures should be discussed with Ms Browne (Ph: 42153258) no less<br />
than four weeks prior to placement commencing.<br />

at 0900 hrs on Monday morning for Orientation. Rosters will be mainly days<br />
shifts (0800 - 1630). Orthopaedics - Students to present directly to the Hyett<br />
Foyer on the Bendigo Hospital Campus at 0900 hrs on Monday morning for<br />
orientation.<br />
Aged care placement - students must present an aged care statutory<br />
declaration on the first day <strong>of</strong> clinical placement, along with a police check.<br />
