Name of work: Replacement of scrapped split AC unit with 8 nos 1.5 TR S/T AC units
at St Thomas Mount, chennai (SW: AC Wiring )
1. I/we agree to furnish to BSNL Deposit at call receipt/FDR/ Bank guarantee of
a Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank for an amount equal to 5% of the
contract value in a standard format within two weeks from the date of
issue of award letter. I/We agree to keep the performance bank guarantee
valid for one year from the date of actual completion of work.
7. I/We hereby declare that I/We shall treat the tender documents drawings
and other records connected with the work as secret/confidential documents
and shall not communicate information/derived there from to any person other
than to whom I/We am/are authorized to communicate the same or use the
information in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of BSNL.
