65. The phone con~ersations described below between NICHOLSON and his family<br />

members show that Marvin and Betty Nicholson have a financial relationship with NICHOLSON<br />

that involves them storing money controlled by hTCHOLSON and accessed by NATHANIEL.<br />

66. On December 14,2006, in a recorded telephone conversation Star told<br />

hTCHOLSON that the total to fix her car would be approximately $570 including towing.<br />

NICHOLSON insisted on paying for the repaus and said that he needed to talk to grandpa about<br />

it Saturday because grandpa was holding the money.<br />

67. On December 16.2006, in a recorded telephone conversation Star told<br />

NICHOLSON that her mother was stressed about money. NICHOLSON told her he talked to<br />

grandma and grandpa and that he will tell her about that when he sees her on Saturday.<br />

NICHOLSON told Star they have been putting something aside for them.<br />

68. On December 17,2006, in a recorded telephone conversation Jeremiah told<br />

NICHOLSON that he sent $500 to his mother for Star's car. NICHOLSON told Jeremiah he did<br />

not need to do that. NICHOLSON said that he was working with grandma and grandpa to work<br />

something out.<br />

69. On July 15,2008, NATHANIEL and NICHOLSON were recorded during a<br />

telephone conversation talking about getting birthday presents for Betty Nicholson and another<br />

family member.<br />

NICHOLSON: "Is it getting close enough for us to start thinking about getting a little<br />

something for grandma and Uncle Rob for their Birthdays"
