84. On December 8,2008, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Behavioral<br />
Detection Off~cer Mark Burmeister conducted a court authorized general inventory of<br />
NATHANIEL'S person and his belongings as he passed through security at Portland International<br />
Airport en route to Cyprus. Officer Burmeister briefly looked through NATHANIEL'S backpack<br />
and wallet and conducted a pat-down of his person. According to Burmeister, NATHANIEL'S<br />
backpack contained miscellaneous clothing, a portable alarm clock, a portable Playstation device<br />
(PSP), and an Apple Ipod. NATHANIEL'S wallet contained credit cards - including one issued<br />
to his brother Jeremi Nicholson - and an undetermined amount of United States currency.<br />
NATHANIEL was also carrying a small composition notebook. Although Officer Burmeister<br />
attempted to be thorough, he did not locate any letters. During the inventory of NATHANIEL'S<br />
property, TSA BDO Manager Donald Headrich interviewed NATHANIEL. NATHANIEL told<br />
Headrich that he was traveling to Cyprus to meet his "Battle Buddy" and that he was planning on<br />
touring sellera1 castles while he was on the island.<br />

85. On December1 0,2008, utility information check disclosed that Marvin C.<br />
Nicholson and Beatrice M. Nicholson are the customers at 1699 North Terry Street, Space 161,<br />
Eugene, Oregon 97402. On December 8,2008, surveillance observed a maroon Toyota parked in<br />
the driveway registered to Beatrice and Marvin Nicholson at 1699 North Terry Street, Space 161,<br />
Eugene, Oregon 97402. Public records from Qwest Communications indicate that the home<br />
telephone number for h.larvin Nicholson is 541-461-2670, at 1699 North Terry Street. Space 161,<br />
Eugene, Oregon.<br />
