Both water pumps are tested with 456 housing

We cut the housing to show the impeller, the original impeller cannot be mounted in the housing, because it is too high.
The impeller on this photo ist not the original one. This water pump cannot be mounted in a 456. We think, that the
customer tried to modify this water pump with other incompatible parts.

Capristo water pump could be mounted without any problems. It works without any collisions.

Capristo and the original axis have the same diameters. The pulley could be changed. Capristo has a stronger thread.
The original pulley could be mounted on the Capristo water pump.

We have mounted the original pulley on the Capristo water pump with an impeller that improves the water circulation.
Our impellers are made from aluminium.

Our modified Capristo water pump can be mounted on the type 456/550/575. The engine is supplied with a higher
water volume what is of advantage to the engine. And this is a weakness of the F456 and F550 Maranello. The
impeller can also be mounted on the Ferrari 355.

In case of order, please indicate whether you would like
to order the water pump with the
originally designed impeller or the version that ensures a
supply of more water volume.
Ferrari has mounted different types of pulleys. Should
you find out that the pulley of our Capristo water pump is
not identical to the original one, then you can mount the
original pulley on our Capristo water pump because the
axis come with the same diameter.
