7.A Approval of the City of Kerman 2011/2012 Investment Policy [TLP] RS/JS 4-0-1 DW Recommendation: Council Approve the City of Kerman 2011/2012 Investment Policy, as presented. 7.B Police Department Follow-Up Report: Budget Allocation for Equipment Request for FY 2011/12 and Projected Hiring Needs [JKB/RM] Recommendation: Council Approve: 1. Budget Allocation from General Fund Reserves for the Equipment purchases as requested; and 2. Approve the hiring plan for new positions (FY 2011/12) with budget amendment reflecting the new revenues and expenditures. 3. Approve the hiring plan for FY 2012/13 subject to the proposed Budget of the FY 2012/13 which will include these positions as reported.
