Gentle heat from our steam room envelopes your
body, encouraging toxin release and deep muscle
relaxation in our unique signature steam treatments.
Signature Kitya Karnu (meaning Salty Stone)

Our award winning deeply relaxing total body experience
in your own private steam room. Aromatic body oils and
pure mineral salts are applied for a full body exfoliation,
followed by a massaging application of a rich and
creamy walnut and wattleseed exfoliant. A cool river
stone ritual helps to clear and revive energy centres
and the treatment is completed with a hydrating facial
cleanse and masque, and a nourishing hair treatment.

Signature Guku Cocoon (meaning Honey)

Our unique honey and coconut milk body treatment in
you own private steam room. A foaming and exfoliating
rose or grapefruit body cleanse is followed by a choice
of a hydrating or detoxifying clay blend. Hydration is
completed and moisture is sealed in by the pouring of
honey and coconut over the body. A hydrating facial
cleanse and masque and a nourishing hair treatment

SPA FACILITIES
As a guest of Aurora Spa Retreat, you will have
complimentary use of our relaxation lounge, change
rooms filled with the use of complimentary Aurora Spa
Rituals products, showers, lockers, towels, filtered
water and herbal tea. For treatments over an hour, you’ll
also have complimentary use of a robe and slippers.
Underwear is required for all treatments, and swimwear
is required for body wraps and water therapies. Light
snacks, lunch, and juices are available.
MAKING yOuR BOOKING
The treatments you select are reserved especially for
you. To secure your booking a valid credit card or an
Aurora Spa Retreat gift voucher is required and a
50% deposit will be taken to secure the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICy
The treatments you select are reserved especially
for you. Please note we require 24 hours notice to
change, reschedule or cancel all appointments.
Where treatments are changed, rescheduled or
cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the
treatment cost will be charged to the gift voucher or
credit card used to secure the booking. Treatments
that are changed, rescheduled or cancelled within
3 hours of your scheduled treatment time; or if you
do not attend your booked treatment time will be
charged at 100% of the treatment price.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.
As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment
schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late
will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to
inconvenience other guests.

You can enter through the hotel reception on Acland
St, or for car parking enter via the Jackson St car park.

secure paid parking facilities.

The Spa is located on the lower level. You can enter
through the hotel reception, or for car parking enter via
the undercover car park. Car parking is complimentary
for self parking but subject to availability on Friday to
Sunday. Valet parking is available for $30.
