OGCbuying.solutions requires to establish framework agreements for use by or on behalf of UK public sector
bodies. These will include Central Government Departments & their Agencies, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities,
Police & Emergency Services and Educational Establishments.
The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for a comprehensive range of Project Management and Full
Design Team Services in order to assist them to deliver a wide range of capital projects. For illustrative
purposes, the following types of construction projects can be delivered via the framework agreement:
— Refurbishment exercises,
— Programmes of Work,
— Regeneration Projects,
— New Build Projects,
— Alteration/Extension Projects,
— Relocation exercises,
— Ancillary Construction projects connected to main construction contracts. I.e. Roads, Bridges, etc.
