original manufacturers /authorised dealers as per specification given below:

Note:- Authorized dealers/distributors/channel partners to attach valid letter of
authorization from OEM along with offer failing which their offer shall be summarily
rejected.
You are requested to drop your sealed quotation in the tender box kept in MRVC office at Churchgate
(cover/ envelope should not be open & the ends of both the sides of the cover/envelope should be closed
and pasted properly) by 15.00 hours on 24/09/2012. The envelope containing quotation should be super
scribed as “Tender No.MRVC/S/12/220 for `Desktop Computers’ due on 24/09/2012.”
The terms and conditions will be as under:
1. Rate: Firm to quote Basic Rate, taxes & duties and other statutory levies separately, if any, in their
offer. Rate quoted should be invariably in figures and words.
2. Taxes: MRVC will not provide any concessional Tax form like C, D, H, Octroi etc.
3. Terms of Delivery: Free at consignee’s place at EMU Carshed / Virar within 30 days form the date of
Purchase Order.
4. Inspection: Will be carried out by the Consignee on receipt of material at consignee’s premises.
निरीक्षण – निरीक्षण किसाइिी द्वारा एमआरवीसी कार्ाालर् में ककर्ा जार्ेगा.
5. Liquidated Damages: Delayed supply will attract LD charges as per IRS conditions of contract.
Upper limit for liquidated damages will be 10% of value of delayed supplies irrespective of
delays, unless otherwise provided specifically in the contract.

6. Risk Purchase: Risk purchase shall be made within 9 months from the date of breach of
contract.
7. Validity: Validity of the offer should be minimum 45 days.
सीमावधि –प्रस्ताव की सीमावधि कम से कम खुलने की तारीख से 45 दिनो तक मान्य होना चादहए.
8. Payment: 100% payment shall be made after receipt & successful installation. Payment of
Rs.10,000/- & above will be made through ECS.
9. Guarantee/Warranty: To be mentioned clearly.
10. IRS conditions of contract will be applicable.
