NOTICE INVITING TENDERMUMBAI RAILWAY VIKAS CORPORATIONTender Notice No.:MRVC/W/167/1(PMC)/12 coach HB/2012/3 dated 25-04-2012.1 For and on behalf of President of India, the MUMBAI RAILWAY VIKASCORPORATION LTD., 2ND FLOOR, CHURCHGATE STATIONBUILDING, CHURCHGATE, MUMBAI-20, hereafter referred as ‘MRVC’invites sealed Tenders on Two packet system, from eligible, experienced andreputed firms or consortium of firms to provide Project ManagementConsultancy Services for the following MRVC Project :Extension of platforms and associated works in connection with running of 12 coachEMU trains on harbor lines of Mumbai.2 Period of Completion: 24 months and 6 months Defect Liability Period.3 Scope of Consulting Services: The scope of the Project ManagementConsultancy Services for the above mentioned Project is detailed in this TenderDocument.4 Tender Documents: The interested firms or consortium of firms may obtainfurther information from the Tender Document which can be obtained between11.00 hrs and 17.00 hrs on all working days from 01/05/2012 to 13/06/2012 inperson from the MRVC Office at the address, given in paragraph 9 below, onpayment of non-refundable fee of Rs 10000/- [Rupees TEN THOUSAND only],in the form of Demand Draft in favour of MUMBAI RAILWAY VIKASCORPORATION LIMITED payable at MUMBAI.Tender Documents requested by post will be dispatched by courier on payment of anextra amount of Rs 500.00 (Rupees FIVE HUNDRED only).5 Tender document can also be downloaded from websitemrvc.indianrailways.gov.in and the Tenders can be submitted on thedownloaded document along with a separate demand draft towards the cost ofTender Documents at the time of tendering in a separate envelope marked “costof Tender Documents” failing which the Tender will be summarily rejected.Please note that, if any drawings are referred to in the Tender Document, the cost ofsuch drawings shall be inclusive of in the cost of Tender documents. For viewing thedrawings and to have a copy of the same, the Tenderer can contact this office on anyworking day. It will be the responsibility of the Tenderer who is submitting theTender on down loaded Tender documents to check and see anyaddendum/corrigendum issued in this regard from the website from time to time andensure submission of Tender along with all addendum/corrigendum.
