F-CABLE HVS consists of fire-protection cushion and blocks and is suitable for simple, quick and clean S 90 insulation for power<br />
cables and lines of all types and diameters.<br />
The advantages are quick, simple and economic assembly with high flexibility for subsequent installation. In difficult situations,<br />
this system can also be installed from one side.<br />
The HVS cushions are water and weather-proof, can be formed as required and have a small 60 g cushion and the practical<br />
assembly pocket, which enables clean closure of even small residual openings.<br />

The principle: 3-stage reaction.<br />
A swelling effect leads to closing of all gussets and<br />
cavities in a three-stage reaction.<br />
1. Stage: Starting at approx. 130 °C, the ingredients<br />
stick together.<br />
2. Stage: Starting at approx. 280 °C, the filling material<br />
swells and closes all gussets and cavities.<br />
3. Stage: Starting at approx. 800 °C, the cushion filling<br />
hardens due to a ceramic reaction, leading to high<br />
mechanic stability of the insulation.<br />
