The HEA system.
The HEA earthing system is the universal connection option for all earthing, potential balancing and lighting protection components
pursuant to DIN 18014-2007:09 / VDE 0101 and DIN EN 62305. With its large stainless steel connection cross-section V4A
(AISI 316L), the system is suitable for many application versions and offers extensive accessories for power and relay plants, converter
stations, water treatment and biogas plants, domestic connections, bridges, communication and telecommunication systems
and in train systems (e.g. signal boxes, routes, etc.).
HEA earthing connections ensure greatest connection quality with M12 and M16 threads and form an important connective link
between lightning protection, potential balancer and earthing plants in particular for earth-contacting components.
You will find the right connection solution for any foundation, ring and mesh earthing system for constructions with walls made
of either hydrophobic concrete or covered with bituminous sheeting or coating black or white tank, domestic connections, energy
distribution or railway earthings.

HEA.
The HEA entry for earthing connections is delivered according to a wall thickness of
70 - 200 mm clamped in flush with the formwork and concreted. The planking washers have
4 nail holes and balance pressure during formwork and concreting work. The yellow planking
washers make it easy to find and protect the connection site after concreting.
In the box:
Conductor core Ø 25 mm, stainless steel V4A (AISI 316L)
with water barrier made of profiled NBR rubber flange,
Contact washers: Ø 72 mm, V4A (AISI 316L),
Minimum wall thickness: 70 mm
Planking washers made of PE (as of wall thickness 100 mm)
Isolated entry for earthing.
HEA-I-M12.
The isolated entry HEA-I-M12 for station construction is delivered according to the wall thickness,
installed flush in the formwork and concreted. The nail holes for it are present in the
planking washers. The planking washers are delivered for both sides as of a wall thickness of
100 mm and balance pressure during formwork and concreting work.
