Special solutions Special solutions. Foundation pipe for street illumination. Set-up and function Hauff foundation pipes, e.g. for masts, fence posts and flagstaffs are the economic alternative to traditional formwork. The low weight, ribbed plastic design and resistance against corrosion and chemicals ensure simple handling, high stability and long service-life. Different lengths and diameters are possible; the bores for cables can be implemented in any position. With the neutral filling material (gravel, sand, etc.), the mast has no direct contact to aggressive soils. In case of damaged cables, voltage is not leaked. The foundations are created when the cables are placed; the masts can be installed later and easily replaced. Until the mast is installed, the cables remain protected by a cover (not included in the delivery).
