Fire protection for cables.
F-CABLE HSS gas- and water-tight fire protection
Retrofitting for sealing systems HSI 150 and HRD.
HSS fire protection systems with cable fire protection class.
The fire protection systems HVS and HSS are characterised by high retrofitting flexibility and strongly reduced assembly effort. The
easy to install fire protection cushions HVS 60 and HVS 250/2 can be used stretched from one side with a new installation technique
and therefore are a good fire protection solution during and after cable placement work. Additional use of coatings or putty is not
required for these systems.
All HVS materials used can be reused, are weather-proof and are not subject to any best before date.
F-CABLE HSS –
the advantages at a glance
• S 90 retrofit for pressure-tight wall sealings
• For core drillingsØ 70 - 300 mm
• For plastics casing pipes Ø 80 - 300 mm
i
• Insulation thickness 280 mm
• As of wall thickness 150 mm
• No additional wall construction necessary
• No limitation of individual cable diameters
• Cushion assembly possible from one side
• High flexibility for subsequent insertion
The principle: 3-stage reaction.
A swelling effect leads to closing of all gussets and
cavities in a three-stage reaction.
1. Stage: Starting at approx. 130 °C, the ingredients
stick together.
2. Stage: Starting at approx. 280 °C, the filling material
swells and closes all gussets and cavities.
3. Stage: Starting at approx. 800 °C, the cushion filling
hardens due to a ceramic reaction, leading to high
mechanic stability of the insulation.
