Kids participate in a variety of fun activities at this year’s Peter Pan Birthday Club party.<br />
Each year, <strong>Cook</strong> Children’s Peter Pan Birthday Club celebrates <strong>the</strong> goodwill of its<br />
members with a birthday bash. This year’s party took place in <strong>Cook</strong> Children’s atrium March 27.<br />
Drizzly wea<strong>the</strong>r did not deter party goers who enjoyed face painting, a balloon artist, caricature sketches<br />
and a roving magician. More than 100 children and parents enjoyed Dippin’ Dots ice cream and tutti fruity<br />
popcorn while celebrating.<br />
Peter Pan Birthday Club members forego birthday gifts and instead ask that contributions be made<br />
to <strong>Cook</strong> Children’s. Last year, <strong>the</strong>re were 93 Peter Pan Birthday Club members, 56 of which were new<br />
members. <strong>Cook</strong> Children’s Peter Pan Birthday Club is open to all children and is designed to foster and<br />
encourage philanthropy at a young age.<br />
