Selection of Candidates for Admission to
Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS) 2012-2013
Based on the interviews held on 25 th and 26 th July, 2012 at Regional Labour institute,
Faridabad, the following candidates have been selected for admission to the Post Diploma in
Industrial Safety (PDIS) course to be conducted by this Institute during the year 2012-13.
1. The selected candidates are required to report at the institute on 21 st August 2012 at 09:30
hrs along with the following :

Institute Fee: On the day of admission to the course, the selected candidates will have
to deposit `6600/-(Non-refundable) as institute fee, for the entire course. This amount
will have to be paid by crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Head of Office,
Regional Labour Institute, Faridabad payable at Faridabad.
Caution Deposit: On the day of admission to the course, you will also have to deposit
`1100/-(Refundable) for library & laboratory facilities. This amount will have to be
paid by separate crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Head of Office, Regional
Labour Institute, Faridabad, payable at Faridabad.
Note: If paid by Demand Draft the DD for this amount must be separated &
should not be combined with the Demand Draft for the institute fee.
2. The Provisionally Selected candidates are required to produce /submit all the relevant
documents in Original, on 21st August 2012 but not later than 23 rd August 2012 then only
they will be admitted to the course. Only after producing /submitting the required
documents they will be admitted to the course.
3. No admission will be made after 23 rd August 2012.
4. All the students are required to bring one additional set of photocopies of all educational &
experience certificates, duly attested by a gazetted officer, as per the details mentioned by

them in their application form along with two passport size recent photographs for Identity
card and also sponsorship/permission certificate as well as all the original certificates.
Admission will not be granted based upon provisional certificates issued by the colleges.
Original degree/ diploma / marks sheets will have to be produced before admission.
5. All the students will have to complete minimum 75% attendance in the classes. Attendance
will be counted from the first day of the course. Those who do not complete the minimum
required attendance would not be allowed to appear in the final examinations.
6. The students have to follow strict dress code- Trouser-Grey Colour, Shirt- Plain White, Shoes-
Black, and Blazer-Navy Blue (during winters) will be the uniform. The students without
uniform will not be allowed to enter in the class and will be marked absent.
