Arto Rastas, a renowned Finnish chef de cuisine, runs<br />

two high-end restaurants <strong>and</strong> a Deli Shop in Tampere,<br />

Finl<strong>and</strong>. The restaurants ‘Hella & Huone’ <strong>and</strong> ‘Villa<br />

Hakkari’ features sophisticated French cuisine with<br />
