Note: In her teens was the No 2 in Sweden in Heptathlon in her age group behind Carolina Klüft. Knee injury in '01 made
high jump (and thereby Heptathlon) impossible to pursue, instead took up pole vaulting.
Finally in '07 - after a break of five years - could return to her first love, the combined events.
Secured the '09 WCh ticket by lowering her 800m PB by over three seconds in a solo run (won by seven seconds!) at the
European Cup. Mother Lena in '79 at age 16 set a Swedish senior record in the LJ with 6.33.
