Note: First sport basketball but was at age 14 (in '95) with just a couple of weeks remaining to the Swedish Youth championships
recruited by a local club to be the fourth member of their 4x100m team. With very little practice and just two previous
races the team got the silver medals and surpassed the previous U17 national record.
While the original three members of that team quit the sport within a few years the last minute record stayed on and now at
age 29 has suddenly lowered 400m PB by a second.
