1. The owner of the PayPal account should be the Chapter President and she should be contacted
if there is a problem with the account. The President is ultimately responsible for the account. If
there is a problem, the President should be contacted and she would notify the treasurer in
order to resolve the problem.

be provided to the President, Treasurer and Financial Secretary.
