3. PERIODIC REPORT
The periodic report for each period (including the last one) shall address both the technical and the
financial aspects of the project. It shall consist of sections described as follows:
FRONT PAGE including all basic data of the project
SELF DECLARATION by the scientific representative of the Coordinating entity [the scientific
Coordinator]:
3.1. Publishable summary
3.2. Core of the report
3.2.1. Project objectives for the period
3.2.2. Work progress and achievements during the period
3.2.3. Project Management
3.3. Deliverables and milestones tables
3.4. Explanation of the use of the resources
3.5. Financial statements - Forms C and Summary financial report
3.6. Certificates
The submission of the reports has to be done via the Participant Portal (exception: projects
managed by DG ENER and MOVE). Signed Forms C and certificates (if applicable) must
be sent by post in parallel.
