4. FINAL REPORT TEMPLATE
This final report shall comprise three separate parts as described hereafter.
a) A final publishable summary report including an executive summary and a summary
description of project context and objectives, a description of the main S&T results, the
potential impact (including the socio-economic impact and the wider social implications of
the project so far) and the main dissemination activities and exploitation of results . The
content of this report is described in section 4.1.
b) A plan for use and dissemination of foreground. The content of this report is described in
section 4.2.
c) A report covering the wider societal implications of the project, in the form of a
questionnaire, including where applicable gender equality actions, ethical issues, efforts to
involve other actors and to spread awareness. The content of this report is described in
section 4.3.
