Paul Schatzberg celebrated his Both birth·<br />
daylasIMaywithdeepgratitude,inthepresenceofhiswife,Tobaleelsaacs'sz,threechil·<br />
dren, and six grandchildren, As an adjunct<br />
faculty member at Anrle Arundel Commu<br />
nityColiege, Paul has been leaching in the<br />
lifelong learning program on andoffcampus<br />
atnearbyseniorcenters.<strong>The</strong>coursesindude<br />
the hi~tory of ancient Israel, evolution of the<br />
mind, and the Great Books reading and discussion<br />

Yes, that is the small town on the Delmarva<br />
Peninsula with the sign, "If you lived here<br />
you would be home now." He has returned to<br />
his "roots" since he was born in Salisbury<br />
and attended hlgh schocl there, <strong>The</strong>y are enjoying<br />
the development and theAnhur <strong>Hill</strong>s<br />
designed golf course. <strong>The</strong>y reside on the<br />
t6th hole and Jerry loves being only two minutes<br />
away from the first tee. He has shot his<br />
age 130 times. Jerry was inducted imothe<br />
Baltimore City <strong>College</strong> Hall of Fame lastOctober.<br />
His son, Michael, was wounded in<br />
Iraq by a sniper's bullet during his second<br />
tour there last summer. Thankfully he has<br />
healed well and has returned to active duty<br />
atFt, Hood, Texas. He will probably serve a<br />
third tour next spring. Better news is newill<br />
become a father to a daughter in September,<br />

Tom Lang and Alice continue to enjoy their<br />
retirement from teaching at MedfDrd Leas in<br />
Lumherton, N./. <strong>The</strong>y don't find it difficult to<br />
keep busy in a retirement community with a<br />
pool dose by plus gardening, walking, biking<br />
andloadsofbookslooccupytheirtime,<strong>The</strong>ir<br />
threechildrenandeightgrnndkidskeepthem<br />
on their toes. Currently five of the grandchil.<br />
dren are in college or graduate schooland another<br />
one will join them next year, Tom is<br />
sorry to have missed thessth reunion<br />
Elizabeth Thomas Nichols, who wn.< widowed<br />
three years ago, is living at Friendship<br />
Retirement Community in Roanoke, Va'.A<br />
daughler lives in Ashville, N.C., and a son In<br />
Prescott, Ariz. She has five grandchildren<br />
andonegreat.grandchild. Her late husband,<br />
Sidney, had three children with whom she<br />
stays in touch,<br />
Beverly "Bud" Dunninglr. retired from the<br />
federal governrnent in 1987 after 34 years<br />
(four years in USAF) and JO years at the bu·<br />
reau of mines metallurgy research center<br />
Bud married Ann Barnhart, class of '5.1: at<br />
Wilson <strong>College</strong> in 1955. <strong>The</strong>y have tWO daugh.<br />
tersandfivegrandchildren.SinceeachDne<br />
nwns a year·round house in Sherwood Forest,<br />
Bud and Anne don't have torravel far to visit<br />
family, This is his 50th reunion year for com<br />
pletion of an engineering degree at Univer·<br />

the football and basketball teams like he used<br />
to. Ann still goes to theACC basketball tour<br />

Lincoln/usliceandwife Rachel moved in<br />
2006 from Nebra_o;ka to the Missouri Ozarks<br />
east of Springfield where they bought a<br />
rhree-bedroom.rwo-barh house on rhreelors<br />
for $19K."This is beautiful country that people<br />
from all over the world aredi!«;overing.<br />
We feel that this is the most excitlng time in<br />
human history to be alive." <strong>The</strong>y are having<br />
fun with new technologies, beneficial reo<br />
sources, and expanding their consciousness.<br />
<strong>The</strong>y have discoveredasourceoffriendly mi·<br />
crobes that can replace toxic chemicals and<br />
people who have tapped sources of free energy<br />
that can replace fossil fuel and nudear<br />
power. <strong>The</strong>y are also working with Healthcare·NOW<br />
to cxpand Medicare foreveryone<br />
<strong>The</strong> Justices are also making use of quantum<br />
biofeedback technology for better health.<br />
"Ourlifein retirement is an adventure. <strong>The</strong>re<br />
are no subjects that are too far out for us to<br />
explore,"lfyouaretravelinginsolltbern<br />

Front Royal, Va., haVing moved there from<br />
Oxon <strong>Hill</strong>,Md., 14 years ago. While in the<br />
Washington area, she was an organist at revernlchurchesformorethun40years;t
