56 Victory, Medals and Diplomas Ceremonies<br />

In force as from 8 July 2011<br />
Victory, medals and diplomas ceremonies shall be held in strict compliance with the IOC<br />
Protocol Guide. The format of the medals and diplomas shall be submitted to the IOC for<br />
its prior approval.<br />
57 Roll of Honour<br />
The IOC and the OCOG shall not draw up any global ranking per country. A roll of honour<br />
bearing the names of medal winners and those awarded diplomas in each event shall be<br />
established by the OCOG and the names of the medal winners shall be featured prominently<br />
and be on permanent display in the main stadium.<br />
58 IOC – Authority of Last Resort<br />
The authority of last resort on any question concerning the Olympic Games rests with the IOC.<br />
