Hartwell Liberty Tax Service Tim Strickland opened Hartwell Liberty Tax Service on January 8th, 2013. We sat down to speak with Tim about his new business and his plans for the future. HTN Magazine: What made you decide to start your new business Tim: When I contacted Liberty Tax service about franchise opportunities, I was impressed with their commitment to customer service. In my off time, I enjoy traveling and playing softball.
