Maximum protection
When the conditions are the worst and only the maximum puncture
protection will get you where you want to be, Continental Security-
System is the reliable answer. SecuritySystem utilizes an extra-duty,
highly elastic casing belt that is virtually impervious to thorns, glass
and other road debris.
TyrePositioningSystem TM
· TPS is the systematic approach that puts race tyres on a new
performance level
· Race tyres for the front wheel have different responsibilities to the
rear tyre and so our TPS tyres team up perfectly to give the optimal
racing performance.
· The lightweight 22 mm tyre is the perfect size for attacking turns
safely whilst also rolling fastly and cutting through the air effi ciently.
The extra sticky Black Chili TPS front compound assures a safe
passage through the corners, even in damp criterium races.
· The 24 mm rear tyre has a harder wearing rear TPS Black Chili compound,
necessary due to the extra weight applied to the rear wheel.
This ensures that your race tyres will last beyond the fi rst few early
season races, and well into the summer program. The extra width
will roll just as fast as the front tyre, whilst providing a wider footprint
for safer cornering and a more comfortable ride, especially benefi cial
in the longer races.
*Excluded are tyre damages caused by: low air pressure, vandalism, miscellaneous people-or property
damage on i.e. clothes or bike including work carried out by a bike retailer. More information available in
our SafetySystem Guarantee handbook.
