Supersonic guarantees the ultimate speed experience. The Super-<br />
Sonic product line for racing bikes and mountain bikes are the ultimate<br />
speed weapon – faster in the race, in time trials or marathons. Each<br />
Supersonic product is optimized because of extremely low weight and<br />
reduced rolling friction. All elements of the Supersonic tyres and tubes<br />
are limited to the absolutely technically necessary. This refers to the<br />
thickness of the tyre casing and the thickness of the tread compounds<br />
and the wall thickness of the tubes.<br />
We only use the fi nest materials: high-quality nylon for the casing,<br />
the latest Black chili rubber compound technology and sophisticated<br />
profi le designs for the various operating conditions. To be uncompromising<br />
in weight and rolling resistance also means cuts in other tyre<br />
properties. The performance and the breakdown protection of Supersonic<br />
tyres are not comparable with those of our best all-round tyres.<br />
Our engineers and chemists have provided technical excellence,<br />
with the SuperSonic products to be top notch in the racing and tuning.<br />

Universal System Tubeless<br />
· Tubeless <strong>Tyre</strong>s by <strong>Continental</strong> work with both UST and Rigida/<br />
Nagesti rims and wheels.<br />
· <strong>Tyre</strong> and rim form an airtight chamber. A tube is not necessary<br />
and pinchfl ats not possible anymore.<br />
· In comparison to the conventional system, the tyre pressure can<br />
be lowered. The comfort of the ride increases.<br />
· At a lower tyre pressure the tyre defl ects more. The contact patch<br />
of the tyre increases and the tread adapts to the ground better.<br />
Tubeless tyres allow decreased air pressure and therefore deliver<br />
more traction.<br />
